Registering at the Hospital

We are pleased you have chosen to receive medical services from Athens Regional Medical Center, and we are committed to making your registration process as pleasant and convenient as possible.

Whether the services you require are on an inpatient (those who will be admitted) or outpatient (those scheduled for services that do not require an overnight stay) basis, please register in the Talmadge Tower registration area or the Emergency Room.

The Talmadge Tower registration area is open from 6 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. All patients (whether scheduled or unscheduled) can be registered in this area with the exception of Radiology, ER and Labor and Delivery patients.

Our Emergency Department registration area is open around the clock for patients seeking emergency treatment, as well as those scheduled for a service or procedure over the weekend.

Patients who have services scheduled at the following locations can go directly to the service area for registration.
