Why Pre-Register?
Pre-register Online!
Pre-registration will saves time by having paperwork and insurance verification taken care of before your delivery day. This will expedite your check in process so that you may get settled in your room more quickly. We recommend that you pre-register by your 30th week.
To pre-register for your delivery day, please park outside the Emergency Dept. in the multi-level underground parking deck and take the elevator to the third floor. The maternal child registration desk is open weekdays from 7 a.m. until 11 p.m. Please have your photo ID and insurance card available. If you would like to speak with a financial counselor, pay your co-pay or make payment arrangements, you may also do this at the time of pre-registration.
You may also pre-register online. If using the online form, your photo ID and insurance card will need to be presented to registration upon arrival on your delivery day.
